Regan Hesjedal

reganRegan Hesjedal is originally from Saskatchewan, moving to Calgary in 1999 to attend the University of Calgary. Graduating with a Kinesiology degree in 2004, Regan has been training athletes and Individuals for 8 years. Regan has a passion for helping people reach their goals. Working with athletes of all levels from the professional all the way to the youth athlete looking to take the next step, he has focused on working on the athletes strengths and weakness to improve their game. Regan has also worked with many individuals to achieve personal health and weight loss success.

Regan's focus is creating proper movement in the individual. Focusing on the proper technique is key, because poor movement can cause injury and slow down your health goals. Functional movement is based on the needs of your life and he strives to create programs that fit your lifestyle, sport and daily activity. His focus is to create a healthy, more powerful you!

Regan is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Functional Movement Screen Certified, Olympic Lift Level 1 & 2 Certified, and Nike Sparq Certified.
