Our Fundamentals of speed classes are designed to maximize speed power and strength. Our level 1 classes for Youth Athletes from 11-15 are designed to teach proper technique for speed power and strength training. Learn the right way to train to get the best results. Once you have mastered the how to train out level 2 classes take your training to another level using advanced strength and speed techniques we get you faster stronger and more explosive. These classes are for all athletes with adjustments made for your sport.
With our our Sports Performance program let us raise your game. With proper training we will develop the strength to battle in the corners, speed to get away on breakaways or catch others on breakaways, they need agility to get around players and coordination to stick handle in those tight spots. . We are dedicated to improving fitness, performance and decreasing your risk for injury with our proven performance training methods. We focus on providing individualized training, based on your goals and the demands of hockey. Our goal is to improve your strengths, while also improving your weaknesses. Whether you are playing minor, junior or professional hockey we can help you become a bigger, faster stronger player.
Basketball is great sport with much focus on explosiveness yet quick lateral movement can make or break your game. Players have to get above the rim multiple times a game while also staying energized enough to maintain proper technique on their shots. Basketball players need to maximize their strengths depending on the type of game they play and their position, players need programs specifically tailored to their game and position. With an emphasis on developing vertical power to play above the rim while also focusing on the agility you will need to make sharp cuts on the court. We offer Basketball Personal Training of 1 on 1 or small groups or Basketball Team Dryland Packages.
Revolution Conditioning & Health recognizes that volleyball is a sport of power, with fast passed action and lots of explosiveness you need to be an explosive athlete. Rallies are highly focused bursts of physical skill and mental focus. If you can’t maintain these qualities you will make a mistake. Athletes with strong mental focus and quick strong hips to get down for digs, up for net play and side to side for positioning excel at this sport. Let us help you improve in the areas you need to be the best player possible. We have been working closely with the Prospects Volleyball Camp a elite level camp in Saskatchewan and Alberta, giving us insight into elite level volleyball. We offer Volleyball Personal Training of 1 on 1 or small groups or Volleyball Team Dryland Packages.

Team Training Packages
All Teams get FMS scores to develop individualized warm ups and limit potential injury, Weekly coaching handouts and homework (how to goal set, proper nutrition strategies, How to maximize your potential and maximize your practice time.) All Sessions consist of elite strength and agility component. Focus on proper technique and elite level coaching.
Our Elite sports package is designed to elevate your game to new levels. We work on all phases of performance making sure you have no weaknesses in your performance. With a keen attention to detail, individually designed programs we can improve your performance. Sessions include monthly testing of (FMS, Speed & Agility Tests & Vertical Jump Test,) nutrition coaching and online monthly goal setting, and Athlete Education. With all these tools you will learn to maximize your potential.

12 sessions - $75.00 + gst = $900.00 + GST =$945.00

2 people - 6 pack x $50 + gst (per person)= $300.00 + GST = $315.00
